Delivery and Exchange Refund Information

Delivery period is sent within 3 days from the date of payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

· Due to the nature of handmade, it may take 3 to 10 days to produce when sold out.

Free shipping for purchases of 50,000 won or more, 3,000 won for purchases less than 50,000 won

· (However, additional shipping costs incurred between Jeju and islands and mountains)

· Requests for exchange/return can be made within 7 days of delivery.

In the case of a change of heart return, a refund will be processed after deducting the round-trip shipping fee.

· Refunds can be made only if the packaging of the product is resaleable.

· If the product is defective, it will be refunded in full including shipping.
